It will not be possible for media to collect their credentials outside of these hours.

Any equipment or personal belongings left in the media centres will only be able to be collected the next day, and ULTRA SA cannot take responsibility for these items.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING REGULATIONS

- Photographers are permitted to shoot the first 15-minutes of each DJ set from the photo pit (space permitting), unless otherwise indicated.

- Photographers will also be required to sign ULTRA SA’s official photo release form, which will be provided at Media Check In.

- Filming/videography is strictly prohibited in all areas outside the media center. Anybody caught filming any footage other than artist interviews inside the media center will be removed from the festival grounds.

- Content:
This year at ULTRA SA you can use the Red Bull Content Pool for an exclusive selection of high quality images and editorial assets from the festival.

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

- Media are expected to act in a professional manner at all times. Any individual who is deemed to be acting otherwise will be removed from the event.

- Any individual who deemed to be overly intoxicated will be removed from the event.

- ULTRA South Africa operates a ZERO DRUGS POLICY. Any individual caught in possession of contraband, or thought to be under the influence of any illegal substances, will be removed from the event and handed over to the police.
